Three Little Girls (Quito Thorson Mystery Series Book 5)
About
About The Book
This book begins another three mystery book arc following Quito Thorson as new characters with new mysteries wind in and out of his life. The CIA, FBI and various international security agencies are once again bound up with Quito Thorson as new threats are made and bodies are dropping, as the stage moves from America to Europe. Quito Thorson is on his Irish estate as he becomes more tangled up with Lord Edwin Mortimer and his new protege, Maria Garcia.
James Porter, former CIA field agent, and his three young daughters are now involved with Talia Gold, a former Mossad field agent, and a college girlfriend of James. The three little girls are geniuses who have been trained by the father and step mother in deadly spy arts and wet works after the untimely death of their biological mother, Gemma Porter. Gemma was a former MI6 desk jockey, while James and Talia were agency assassins deeply involved in wet works internationally.
Gemma suddenly turns up alive and seeking not her husband and children, but money in order to disappear and lead a quiet life. She is abducted by someone, or some group, who asks that in order for Gemma to be set free, CIA agent and former friend of Quito Thorson, Ashley Marden, must die. James Porter has been tasked with finding and killing Ashley, but James doesn’t want to kill Ashley or anyone, he just wants ex wife Gemma set free.
Quito Thorson is brought in to intervene in the situation, and resolve the conflict. The why of it all is unclear to Quito, who suspects that something else is afoot.
Maria Garcia has introduced Quito to this mystery, but is it all that she has in mind, or is there more that Maria and her friend Lord Edwin Mortimer want from him? From mystery to murder, to betrayal and beyond, watch as old friends and old histories unwind, adding clarity for Quito about the people who have shaped his life.
The more that Quito learns, the deeper he is pulled into many new mysteries, and perhaps a few old ones too.
Following this mystery are two more short novels, both set to be published this summer.
Murder at the Zocalo and Murder at the North Shore complete the new trilogy. Sit back and relax, it’s going to be a bumpy ride.
